Job Summary:
The Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia (PSA) promotes pretrial justice and community safety by assisting judicial officers in making appropriate release decisions, and by providing supervision and pro-social interventions to defendants released into the community. If you are interested in a leadership position as Associate Director, Operations with the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia, this job is for you! As a member of the PSA executive leadership team, you will support the Director and Deputy Director in leading the design and implementation of programs to accomplish the PSA mission, goals and objectives. You will execute the development of management systems and operations to support and facilitate the achievement of PSA mandates and mission. This position is in the Senior Executive Service (SES) and is a Career Reserved position. Positions in the SES are not graded; see the salary range above. Members of the SES are also eligible for awards and pay increases based on performance. Veterans' preference is not applicable to the SES.
