Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer and Director for Administration (CFO) is directly responsible for the planning, budgeting, performance, and financial management activities for ESA Headquarters and the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), and for oversight of the Census Bureau budget and financial management activities. The CFO develops and maintains ESA-wide policies, guidelines, and procedures for budget administration, financial reporting, and financial management systems. The incumbent prepares and executes the ESA Headquarters and BEA budgets, the processes for monitoring ESA resource allocations, and the logistics of the day-to-day activities of the ESA Headquarters offices. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the Census Bureau CFO's formulation and execution of the Census Bureau's budget.
